Beta terms of use

Purpose

AMAFOS is in beta. Access is provided to test the service. These terms apply to any use during the beta phase.

Service under test

The service is provided “as is”, with no warranty of availability, performance or freedom from errors. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time, without notice.

Test data

The beta is a test environment: stored data may be changed or deleted at any time, including at the end of the beta. Do not entrust it with any data you do not have a copy of.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, at /legal/rgpd.

Free of charge

The beta is free. No sale is made on this site during the beta phase.

Access

Access to the beta may be granted, limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time, in particular in the event of abuse.

Fair use

You undertake not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to harm it, to circumvent its limits, or to attempt to access other people's data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AMAFOS cannot be held liable for damages arising from the use of a service in its test phase, in particular loss of data.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change during the beta; the version published online prevails.

The site is published by AMAFOS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) in the process of incorporation.
